The sun is shining...

So I've been looking for a cheaper place to live for the past week or so. I haven't had much luck and last night I decided to give something a shot. I started negotiating with my roommate for a lower rent and in exchange for lower rent, I'll do the bi-weekly house cleaning. He agreed and started to make up a list of what should be done. He said if I play my cards right I would have to play only a few hundred bucks a month. That would totally kick ass and help with getting a bike sooner. I would just set aside the better part of sunday every other week and clean the hell out of this place. I'm excited.

Oh crap! I'm going to be late for work.
